If I remember right, the title "Comrade" is used in some former Soviet countries in the army and police forces.

Tovarisch, Tovarich, and Tovarish are the various spellings for the term that would be used, but comrade seems appropriate for the readers.

It seems that Comrade is misspelled though in the page.
