Architecturally that places look a bit Greek, I think. With a touch of Chernobyl :P

Haha, good. I cheated a little--it's based on a place in Georgia (the country, not the Georgia-on-my-mind Georgia) not Ukraine. But the era is right in there, so oh well. :P
