This page shows how Russia is not always the easiest neighbour to have. In theory, it provides immense opportunities but in practice, it turns into juggling between spheres of influence or something much worse. Internal conflict certainly doesn't make it easier.

You know, you should've drawn a little glass of vodka in Yeltsin's hand. As for Clinton... well, I suppose this is a family comic.
