I was lucky enough to be able to go to an all-night Orthodox Easter mass with a friend. I should be ashamed that I knew bits of the liturgy from comic research, but I'm so not. :P
If this is your religion of choice, I highly recommend going to an Othodox Easter celebration at some point. Even if it's not, there's amazing music and excellent food and it might be an interesting experience for you anyway.

I'm Orthodox Christian. Greek Easter is probably bigger than Christmas over here in Greece, or at least equal in scope :) And yeah the hymns and the music are someof the best byzantine music has to offer. I'm glad you got to experience it!

Christ has Risen, as we say in way of well wishing this week :) And awesome fanart you have there. Love the colors and the easy, happy and spring-time feel the image has.

Indeed, he has risen!
Yeah, I come from a culture/tradition that has kind of anemic Easter celebrations, which I think is a shame. I like the Orthodox take on it, so that's why I went and partied with you guys. (In the broadest sense. :P )

And thanks! I was playing with some new techniques, and I'm glad they worked.

Is that an actual egg she's throwing, or is are Ukranian eggs wooden like German ones?

Ukrainians tend to use real eggs. :) Let's hope hers is hard-boiled.
