I think it says a lot about the SCW readership that I can post a comic page where a minor character (who isn't me) mentions in passing that moving to a place where multiple groups, rightly or wrongly, claim it as their own is complicated and not fun, and be only mildly nervous I'll get angry messages about holding views I don't in fact hold. So if you do want to assume I have Important Opinions about real-life Israeli politics, I'd advise you to look elsewhere on other webcomics. And in any event, a quick glance at the budget of this drawn-on-discarded-printer-paper should leave you in no doubt that I'm not getting handouts from any fictitious international conspiracies, c'mon, guys.

In lighter news, the second-to-last panel was fun to draw.

You’re drawing on printer paper? Hard core. Now that I think about it, we haven’t seen a page on lined paper in a while. I think I remember seeing some of those way back...

That was a one-time thing for a bonus page! Will I never live it down? :p

It's fine for fairly dry media like this, but my other watercolor comic is on good thick watercolor paper.

People should get a life rather than look for reasons to get angry. Besides, nothing on this page is wrong is it? ;)

On the other hand, I'm fairly well-equipped to carry on about the actual (and alternate) Crimea. :p

The reporter doesn't seem particularly impressed with these guys.

He thinks Slava's threat is a little silly.
